All registrations will be submitted online. However, if you do not have access to a computer to complete registration or need any of the forms printed, please contact us via email or call 620.794.1830 to make an in-person appointment to complete registration.
Please do not drop off any forms or payments at camp as the office is closed during the off season.
Camper registration is meant for children 6*-12 years of age who wish to partake in any of the week long summer camps that Camp Alexander offers.
Camp fees:
- $115 per week if registered before or on April 24th
- $125 per week if registered after April 24th
- Scholarships are available! A maximum of 2 weeks may be awarded. The primary way we will award the scholarships will be based on inclusion in USD253 free and reduced lunch program. However, if your child is not part of this program, please provide a letter and documentation to explain your child’s need for the scholarship.
Week 1 will be pro-rated as camp is closed on Monday, May 25th for Memorial Day
A deposit of 50% is required to reserve each week. The remaining balance for each week registered must be paid 3 weeks before the first day of each camp week. Payments may be made online by logging into your account. If full payment is not received by the due date, the balance will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. If the charge is declined, your spot may be released and you will be moved to the end of the waitlist.
MULTI-CHILD DISCOUNT: $10 discount for additional children when registering for the same week of camp.
*Campers need to have completed Kindergarten. Campers must be fully toilet trained and able to use the bathroom independently. If your kindergartener will not be 6 years old by May 26th, please enter your child’s information in the online portal and then contact us via phone or email to assist with the completion of registration.
